Introducing Botanic Ridge Village
Built to service the fast-growing community of Botanic Ridge, Botanic Ridge Village will offer a full-line Coles supermarket, Liquorland, and a range of convenient specialty retailers that will offer new food choices, health services and community facilities.
The area of Botanic Ridge historically featured the geological formation Cranbourne Sands, featuring indigenous vegetation such as Manna Gums and Narrow Leaf Peppermint. European settlement then saw the area used for agricultural and pastoral purposes, which has now led to its current range of uses including grazing, horse stabling and training, market gardening, and residential development.
Formally Cranbourne South, the suburb of Botanic Ridge was born in 2009 due to its proximity to the Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne and the fast-growing nature of the area. The new identity also offered the opportunity to raise the profile of the Royal Botanic Gardens locally and across the region, which now welcomes over 240,000 visitors annually.
Botanic Ridge Village is proudly owned and managed by Sandhurst Retail & Logistics. Creating places for the future, to enrich and connect Australia’s fastest growing communities. We’re growing places.
A growing opportunity in one of Melbourne’s fastest growing communities.
Botanic Ridge Village is prominently positioned at the intersection of Craig Road and Hummingbird Drive, Botanic Ridge, situated at the entrance to the Acacia Botanic Ridge Residential Estate.
Servicing a growing community, Botanic Ridge Village will deliver on the creation of a place to visit beyond shopping. One that offers health services, community amenities and encourages the community to come together and engage.
